Clients working with CEO Coaching International® for three years or more have achieved an EBITDA CAGR of 30.4%, more than three times the U.S. average, and an average revenue CAGR of 18.6%, nearly twice the U.S. average.

Despite a challenging year for businesses as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, CEO Coaching International® clients achieved a combined $34 billion in revenue, $3 billion in EBITDA, and employed more than 138,000 workers across the globe in 2020. CEO Coaching International clients represent approximately 50 different industries, and almost thirty percent are private equity backed.
