Clinical Care Options®, LLC (CCO), a Continuing Education Alliance Holdings company, today announced that it has entered into definitive agreement to acquire Medical Communications Media, Inc (MCM Education), a continuing education company that provides live and online education to physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and pharmacists.
