Dennis Krieger, VP of Product, introduced Sprocket on the main stage at Client Summit 2026 in Pittsburgh. That includes triaging and suppressing alarms, catching alarms that get ignored, linking each alarm to the diagnosis behind it, and writing changes back to the BAS.
