Cloud-based healthcare software provider Purview introduces Healthcare Advisory Board

The initial group is comprised of experienced healthcare industry professionals who have joined with Purview to provide critical guidance and a sounding board for future company strategy and product direction. The members of the Advisory Board include Brian Lynch, Chairman of Nuada, an entrepreneurial Healthcare firm based in London, Keith Ehrlich, CFO of AVEO Oncology, a Cambridge, Massachusetts-based publicly traded pharmaceutical company, and Dr. Stuart Markowitz, the President of Hartford Hospital in Connecticut.

Background of the Members of the Advisory Board:
Dr. Stuart Markowitz, is Senior Vice President, Hartford Healthcare & President, Hartford Healthcare Hartford Region. He previously served as Hartford Hospital vice president and chief medical officer and as chairman and medical director of the Department of Radiology. Dr. Markowitz also is an assistant clinical professor of radiology at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Previously he practiced with Jefferson Radiology. Dr. Markowitz is board-certified in diagnostic radiology; received his Fellowship of the American College of Radiology; and is a member of the American College of Radiology, the Radiology Society of North America, the Society of Breast Imaging and the American Society of Emergency Radiology. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and his medical degree from University of Health Sciences – The Chicago Medical School. He completed his internship and residency in radiology at Hartford Hospital.
Keith Ehrlich is currently Chief Financial Officer of AVEO Oncology (NASDAQ:AVEO), a publicly-held biopharmaceutical company. Previously, Mr. Ehrlich served as CFO of Synta Pharmaceuticals, Dyax, OraVax and Vertex Pharmaceuticals as well as senior manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Ehrlich received his MBA from Rutgers University and his BA from Drew University.
Brian Lynch is the founder and Chairman of Nuada Medical Group, based in London. Nuada is focused on changing the prostate cancer pathway using advanced technology to support precise diagnostics and nuanced treatment. His prior experience is in the investment banking and financial industry holding positions at Daiwa Securities, Apax Partners, Mitsui & Co, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brian has a MsC in European Politics from Trinity College Dublin, a B Comm in Commerce and Management from University College Dublin and has studies at the Japanese American Institute of Management Science (JAIMS).
Each member of the Advisory Board will serve a one-year renewable term beginning in 2015. The Board formally meets quarterly, with continual communication between meetings.
