Our tremendous growth is a reflection of our customer-obsessed culture. We are thankful to the American Business Awards for recognizing this, as well as to our customers for continually depending on us to manage their most sensitive healthcare workloads.

Cloudticity was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Satisfaction category in The 18th Annual American Business Awards® today.

The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be virtually presented to winners during a live event on Wednesday, August 5. Tickets for the virtual event are now on sale.

More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. Cloudticity was nominated in the Customer Satisfaction category for healthcare technology companies.

“Here at Cloudticity, our tremendous growth is a reflection of our customer-obsessed culture,” says Gerry Miller, Founder & CEO at Cloudticity. “We are thankful to the American Business Awards for recognizing this, as well as to our customers for continually depending on us to manage their most sensitive healthcare workloads.”

Cloudticity provides managed cloud services for healthcare IT as well as healthcare data solutions for public health. Cloudticity is being recognized for it’s quick and agile response times, which far exceed industry standards for managed service providers (MSPs). Responding to 90% of customer queries within the first 30 minutes, Cloudticity enables high fidelity IT development and operations.

Unlike traditional MSPs, which often become bottlenecks to client IT operations, Cloudticity's extreme automation and real-time customer support allows customers to move fast. So healthcare IT can focus on what it does best: developing and deploying innovative healthcare solutions that radically reshape the healthcare system.

The judges noted that Cloudticity’s real-time communication with clients via Slack, as well as innovative use of automation to deliver managed services, demonstrates dedication to client success as well as quality of service.

More than 230 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.

“Despite the toughest business conditions in memory, American organizations continue to demonstrate their commitment to innovation, creativity, and bottom-line results,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher. “This year’s Stevie-winning nominations are full of inspiring stories of persistence, ingenuity, resourcefulness, and compassion. We celebrate all of their stories and look forward to showcasing them during our virtual awards ceremony on August 5.”
