He joins the CM.com North America team from Spaceful and Zendesk. There, Melotti served as sales & customer success director and enterprise account executive. His experience includes defining and executing go-to-market strategies and developing strategic partnerships.
Melotti brings a wealth of experience in driving profitability, leadership, and performance in conversational API and mobile messaging. He will play a key role in growing the alliance partnership program, advancing, and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations and customers, and increasing brand and product awareness.
Melotti is dedicated to elevating CM.com's collaborations, owning relationships, and high-impact customer engagement.
