Austin, TX (PRWEB) September 04, 2015 -- Developers generating C++ apps from CA Plex: Microsoft has announced that Visual Studio 2005 will no longer be supported after April 12, 2016. Many CA Plex development shops use Visual Studio to compile and package generated C++ applications; soon, a new solution will be needed.
There is a straightforward solution – start generating modern stack apps using either Java/CM WebClient or C#/.NET. The company’s model-based business logic is preserved, but new possibilities open for deploying the UX to browsers, mobile devices, and cloud-based infrastructures like AWS or Azure.
