Nashville, TN Law Firm Wins Two Trials In October

We go to great lengths to make sure our clients’ cases receive the attention they deserve, and if necessary, present their case in court in the best possible light.

Cody Allison & Associates, PLLC, a Nashville based law firm, recently celebrated two trial victories in October. The trials were conducted in the Davidson County (Nashville) and Wilson County (Lebanon) trial courts and resulted in substantial verdicts for their clients. “We couldn’t be happier with the results,” stated firm founder and Managing Partner, Cody Allison. “When you hire an attorney you expect to be heard, respected and valued. We go to great lengths to make sure our clients’ cases receive the attention they deserve, and if necessary, present their case in court in the best possible light.”

The two recent case victories were styled, Shouse v. Cunningham, Davidson County General Sessions Court, docket no. 20GC729, and Little v. Reasonover, Wilson County General Sessions Court, docket no. 95GS1-2020-CV-1001. Cody Allison & Associates, PLLC attorney, J. Todd Faulkner, was the lead attorney in both victories. “We thought a settlement prior to trial was possible in both cases but when negotiations broke down with the insurance company we prepared our cases and let the court decide. It’s satisfying to walk into court and get justice for your client.” Faulkner, a twenty-one year veteran of the courtroom, handles civil matters in state and federal courts throughout Tennessee. “It’s rewarding to come to work each day and fight for our clients.”
