Executive to Advance the Future of Autonomous Vehicle Safety

Cognata Ltd. today announced the appointment of US-based Heikki Laine as Senior Director of Strategy and Policy. In this position, Heikki is responsible for executing on Cognata’s strategy for safety standards and regulations, and establishing strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining Cognata, Heikki served as Technology Strategy Manager at Honeywell, a diversified Fortune 100 aerospace, controls, and industrial technology company. Before Honeywell, Heikki held senior managerial roles with HARMAN, a leading automotive Tier 1 supplier (acquired by Samsung); Heikki was a key-contributor for automotive cybersecurity standards and guidelines.
