Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty names the Brad Beacham Group as the firm’s Top Producing Team for the Kitty Hawk office in 2019. Additionally, Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty is pleased to announce that the Brad Beacham Group has earned membership into the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, a level achieved by only the top 10% of all sales associates in North America.

This is the second consecutive year the Brad Beacham Group has led the firm for the Kitty Hawk office, an award based on closed sales volume. The team also led the Kitty Hawk office in units sold and listings taken for the 2019 year.

The Brad Beacham Group consists of Team Leader Brad Beacham, who ranked 6th out of 551 producing agents in the Outer Banks Association of Realtors MLS*, and Team Member Cameron Griggs. In 2019, the group expanded to include Brook Sparks who brings over 15 years of Property Management experience to the team.
