Minnetonka, Minn. (PRWEB) February 24, 2016 -- 2015 was a very successful year for the Colliers International Brokerage Team of Minneapolis - St. Paul. The team was honored to partner with clients on important projects across investment, industrial, land, office and retail sectors of the Twin Cities Metro market.
The 2016 MNCAR Awards proved to be a great victory for the brokerage team taking home two of the highest honors including Industrial Transaction of the Year for the BAE Technology Center in Fridley lead by Mark Kolsrud, Dave Berglund, Jason Simek and Eric Batiza and the Retail Transaction of the Year for the City Center/Sports Authority store on Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis lead by Tony Strauss, Kris Schisel and Liz McLay.
The team of Mark Kolsrud, David Berglund and Colin Ryan were also named Top Investment Sales Brokers by The Real Estate Forum for completing 17 sales covering over 4,291,000 sq feet with a total dollar value of over $87,000,000.
