The NPA Convention & Expo brings together the foremost experts and parking professionals to discuss current trends, best practices and learn firsthand what industry leaders are doing to stay ahead.

The seminar will examine how to establish a mystery shopping program and demonstrate how to use the information collected through the program as actionable data for your business.
Hankins will co-speak at the Certified Parking Professional Preparation Classes, an intensive 1-day study program for those seeking to earn the NPA's CPP designation. The program is facilitated by members of NPA's Certification Advisory Board (CAB.)
Hankins will also speak on the topic of Management, Administration & Operations. This class will examine key parking administrative and management functions for certified parking professionals, including the organization of a parking operation, legal liabilities of a parking facility and OSHA and workers compensation requirements.
