DENVER, May 30, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- On Wednesday, Denver, Colorado-based BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC announced a merger with St. Louis, Missouri-based United Services, a full-service disaster restoration company serving commercial and residential clients since 1988.

According to Stemper, BluSky has grown organically as a privately-owned Colorado startup in 2004 to more than $200 million in sales and has a nationwide footprint. Today's announcement is the second in a strategic plan of mergers and acquisitions to support further growth. The firm previously merged with North Carolina-based Disaster One in 2017. In addition to steady sales growth, BluSky has been certified as a Great Place to Work™ for the past two years.
