DENVER, Jan. 8, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- On Wednesday, Denver, Colorado-based BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC announced a merger with Bartlett, Tennessee-based Sharp, Robbins & Popwell, LLC, a general contracting firm doing business as SRP Contractors. SRP's principal partners are Dale Sharp, Dave Robbins, and Chris Popwell.

Stemper remains the firm's chief executive officer. SRP's partners will assume leadership positions in the combined business, which continues as BluSky Restoration Contractors. Sharp and Robbins will take senior roles within BluSky and will lead the expansion of health care services for the firm nationally.

Today's announcement is the third in a strategic plan of mergers and acquisitions to support further growth. The firm previously merged with North Carolina-based Disaster One in 2017 and Missouri-based United Services in 2019. BluSky has grown organically from a privately-owned Colorado startup in 2004 to one of the largest national restoration firms in the country.
