Colorado Technical University™ is ranked among the Best Online Programs by U.S. News & World Report for the seventh consecutive year.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Feb. 8, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- For seven consecutive years, U.S News & World Report has recognized Colorado Technical University (CTU®) among its Best Online Programs lists. Most notably, CTU ranked for the 2021 Best Online Bachelor's Programs and Best Online Bachelor's Programs for Veterans.
"Being named among the universities in the Best Online Programs year-after-year is a great honor," shared University President, Andrew H. Hurst. "CTU's commitment to quality degree programs and student support guides us, and we are grateful to receive these rankings again in 2021."
As a media company dedicated to helping citizens, consumers, business leaders and policy officials make important decisions, U.S. News & World Report publishes independent reporting, rankings, data journalism and advice that have earned their readers' trust for more than 85 years.
U.S. News & World Report ranks programs that operate predominantly online; however, the rankings do not differentiate between programs operated by for-profit and nonprofit schools. The collection of information necessary to create the 2021 Best Online Bachelor's Programs rankings required compiling a list of schools offering bachelor's degree programs online and collecting data from these schools.
In developing the 2021 Best Online Bachelor's Programs rankings, U.S. News & World Report assessed online colleges based on four general categories: student engagement, services and technologies available to students, faculty credentials and training, as well as expert opinion on the academic quality of programs.
Dr. Connie Johnson, Ed.D, CTU's Chief Academic Officer and Provost, noted: "CTU's recognition among these rankings continues to affirm our dedication to our students and our faculty and staff's commitment to growing as leaders in hybrid learning and online education."
CTU ranked for the following 2021 online education categories by U.S. News:
- Best Online Bachelor's Programs (7th consecutive year)
