"It also gives me many other resources to help seniors that they may not be able to research on their own, such as estate sale companies, estate planners, estate attorneys, senior meal programs and more," noted Naber.
This designation also helps prep the agent to consult seniors to help them determine if it's best to age in their home if adaptations can be made, or if it's best for them to move to some form of a senior community or facility. "There is so much in-depth information that I did not know before receiving this designation," concluded Naber. "For example, most people do not realize that reverse mortgages can increase the quality of their lifestyle or even help them buy a home with no payment, but it is not for everyone. I can provide them the information they need to determine if it is at least worth looking into, and warn them about the pitfalls involved. I don't want to just sell houses, I want to make a true and lasting difference in my clients' lives."
