SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 10, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Comagine Health, a leading national nonprofit health care consulting firm, published multiple peer-reviewed journal articles in 2020 contributing to the impact on opioid prescribing, harm reduction and the substance abuse crisis. Comagine Health's research contributions are critical to understanding the complex nature of addiction and its impact on communities.

The Research and Evaluation team began in 2012 with a partnership with Oregon Health & Science University Department of Family Medicine on an NIH-funded study investigating Oregon's Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP). The team has been involved in 30 research and evaluation projects with findings cited in over 400 peer-reviewed journals.
