Preparations are under way for explosive growth. Dan Bisson will become Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mark Vieceli will take the helm as CEO from Tobie Louw on October 31, 2019
WHIPPANY, N.J., Oct. 15, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- ComboCap, Inc., the creator of the world's only side-by-side, dual-chamber, wet-and-dry combination capsule, is excited to announce the appointment of a new CEO, Mark Vieceli, formerly of Health Wright Products and Capsugel. Mr. Vieceli will take the helm on October 31, 2019.
Tobie Louw, Founder and current CEO, will move into the position of Strategic Business Development and act as the brand ambassador on a global scale for the company.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Vieceli was the CEO of Health Wright Products since January 2018. Earlier in his career, Mr. Vieceli spent 15 years as Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Business Development for Capsugel, leading the Capsugel team that took their DuoCap (cap within a cap) technology to market. Mr. Vieceli's experience and contacts across the Pharmaceutical and Dietary Supplements sectors will be invaluable as the ComboCap business accelerates.

Mr. Bisson, who is based in Guernsey, has over 25 years of experience at board level in the corporate and fiduciary sectors and is currently managing director of Nedgroup Trust International. The board and shareholders of ComboCap, Inc. and Binutra Holdings would like to express their gratitude to Mr. Gavey for his valuable stewardship over the last four years.
Mr. Louw is looking forward to this next chapter.
