ATLANTA, Nov. 13, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Farm, Comcast NBCUniversal's startup accelerator, graduated the second group of startup founders from its highly selective 12-week program in front of an audience of investors, Comcast employees, and the public at the Coca-Cola Roxy on Friday night.
With more than 1,000 in attendance, each company had the opportunity to pitch their business to investors and strategic partners.
The Farm's latest Demo Day featured 25 startup founders from nine companies who shared innovative solutions for problems in industries ranging from entertainment to logistics to human resources. Several companies in this class have won pitch competitions and already raised capital. Two exciting announcements included Comcast pilots with both Kilter Rewards and OurErrands.
Kilter Rewards recently launched a paid pilot focused on employee wellness engagement with Comcast Cable's division and regional headquarters operations, both located in metro Atlanta. Kilter and its CEO, Seth Braddock, will relocate to Atlanta to work with a group of 570 employees. OurErrands, which assists with employee acclimation in a new city, is slated to roll out its pilot in 2019. Both companies anticipate expanding their partnerships to other parts of Comcast in 2020.

- Fanaticus brings mixed reality to the masses through immersive experiences leveraging unique hardware and software to bring fans exactly what they want – extraordinary experiences at ordinary prices, close to home.
- FlexSpace is the hassle-free option for companies to visualize, budget, design, and manage their workplace so the space fits the company timeline, budget, and culture.
- Kilter Rewards enables employers to donate to employee chosen causes when employees complete daily health goals. This increases employee wellness engagement and leads to greater employee retention rates and reductions in absenteeism costs.
- OurErrands is a platform for corporate HR teams to offer personalized concierge services to relocating candidates, affording corporations a competitive advantage, while increasing employee productivity and retention rates.
