Minneapolis Commercial Real Estate Landlord JGM Properties Seventh Annual Golf Tournament For the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota was a Huge Success
Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) July 16, 2013 -- Minneapolis commercial real estate landlord and property management company, JGM Properties, held its seventh annual charity golf tournament at Southern Hills Golf Course and it was an enormous success. This was the most successful JGM Properties Golf Tournament to date, with all proceeds going towards the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota, (WRC.)
Founded in 1980, JGM Properties owns and manages 12 suburban Minneapolis office space, and warehouse space properties. Working with over 200 tenants, JGM Properties provides office, warehouse, and retail space for lease in Minnesota.
Over the past seven years, JGM Properties has hosted a summer golf tournament in the Minneapolis metro area to raise money for the WRC and other charitable causes. This year $38,000 went directly to WRC.
“My tenants and vendors were extremely generous to this most worthy charity. I am thrilled that we had 143 golfers enjoying the beautiful weather and wonderful golf course. Besides having fun we raised $38,000 for sick, injured and orphaned wildlife. My clients took time off of work and opened up their pocketbooks and gave whole heartedly to WRC, the wildlife hospital in Roseville,” says Jay Mutschler, President of JGM Properties.
The roster of golfers was completely full with 36 teams and 143 golfers. The partly sunny weather complimented the event with a breeze and a high in the low 80s. There was $20,275 dollars donated directly from hole sponsors, $11,325 raised from golfer entry fees with the remaining coming from raffle tickets, hole contests, tips and silent auctions. One-hundred percent of the proceeds went to WRC, a hospital for sick, injured and orphaned wildlife.
The Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota provides quality medical care and rehabilitation for all injured, sick and orphaned wildlife. They care for more than 7,000 animals a year and are open year-round.
