Commuter Air Technology Announces Director of Supply Chain and Logistics Management
Commuter Air Technology (CAT), a global provider of customized aircraft modifications for commercial and government applications, welcomes April Mench to the leadership team as Director of Supply Chain and Logistics Management.
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., Oct. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Commuter Air Technology (CAT), a global provider of customized aircraft modifications for commercial and government applications, welcomes April Mench to the leadership team as Director of Supply Chain and Logistics Management.
Mench brings over 21 years of leadership experience in military aviation, program management and supply chain logistics. Her work with the US Air Force included aircraft fleet and equipment inventory management overseas in upwards of $2 billion with an average support staff of 1200 personnel.
In her new role with CAT, Mench will have overall direction for Supply Chain including strategic supply management, purchasing, procurement, material planning, receiving, warehousing and logistics. She and her team of procurement and property control personnel will perform in strict accordance with FAR/DFAR, DCMA, DCAA, ITAR, EAR and FAA Repair Station ISO 9001:2008 regulations.

Prior to joining CAT, Mench served as the Deputy Commander of the 76 Commodities Maintenance Group with the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center and of the 8 Maintenance Group at Kunsan Air Force Base in the Republic of Korea. Mench holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Ohio University and a Master of Arts degree in Military Operational Art and Science from Air University.
