New counselors coming to the site are subject to a rigorous vetting process that involves an in-depth interview and reference checks. The provider interview is an important step in credentialing that allows CONCERN to screen for sought after qualities in an EAP provider, as well as to inform the provider of CONCERN’s processes and expectations. Once verification of experience, skills and credentials is completed, providers are oriented to CONCERN's policies and procedures. All new providers are mentored on their first cases and their clinical services are continually reviewed through Quality Assurance.
