In addition to the third-party loan servicing responsibilities Concord has provided to Welk Resorts since the origination of their partnering agreement in 2012, Concord will now handle a broader mix of servicing for Welk, including its annual VOA maintenance fee billing. Welk Resorts operates five spectacular vacation ownership properties in San Diego, Palm Springs and Lake Tahoe in California, Cabo San Lucas at the southern tip of Baja, Mexico, and in Branson, MO.
