BALTIMORE, July 31, 2018 Confidio - a pharmacy benefit advisory firm – today announced the addition of seven new employees, on the heels of its recent merger and corporate rebranding effort.
Further signifying its expansion and growth, Confidio's new hires are all seasoned veterans of the industry and based in various locations throughout the U.S., including Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Vermont, Arizona, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Connecticut. The firm's new hires include:
Carly Easton – As an Account Coordinator, Easton has and will continue to work with a variety of small businesses, allowing her to cultivate relationships and grow each client's business. Easton graduated from High Point University in North Carolina.
Cathy Bustamante – With over 30 years experience, Bustamante is an Account Executive at Confidio who began her career serving her country as a Medical Service Corps officer in the US Navy on active duty and continued in the US Navy Reserve. After her service, she has held various positions in account management working with middle market clients, TPA's, brokers and commercial employer groups in the PBM industry for the past 18 years. She is located in PA.
Brent Stokes – Stokes joins the company as an Account Executive with nearly 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical benefit management industry. Previously, he held leadership roles with CVS Health, Optum, and Magellan Rx Management. He resides in Scottsdale, AZ.
Nicole Parks – Parks has spent nearly 20 years in the finance industry. At Confidio, she will serve as a Data Analyst, maximizing production by utilizing forecast models she developed and analysis tools she helped improve. Her successful efforts directly contribute to sustainable profitability and growth. She currently resides in Medford, New Jersey.
Christine Kosson – As a Principal Advisor, Kosson will leverage her 25 years of experience in pharmacy and benefits administration to optimize all aspects of her clients prescription drug benefits. Throughout her career, Kosson has had the privilege of working with some of the nation's largest, most complex employers, Taft Hartley plans, and managed care organizations. She currently is located in Minneapolis, MN.
Amber Capstick – With 15 years of pharmacy industry experience, Capstick will serve as Senior Account Executive at Confidio. Her passion of using data as well as the deep understanding of a client's needs and their culture allows her to provide solutions that keep costs down and members healthy. Her expertise in working with all client types - large national accounts, labor, middle market, and federal - has helped strengthen her ability to build relationships and hold on to those connections within the industry. She is located in St. Louis, MO.
Julia Levin – She will serve as Confido's Events and Marketing Manager. With nearly 10 years of experience, Levin has had the opportunity to work with some of the nation's greatest orthopedic surgeons, while developing marketing tools on the company's medical device profile. Previously, she was with DePuy Synthes Spine, a Johnson & Johnson company. She is located at the Towson, MD headquarters.
