Verona, March 12th 2020 - Preparations for 5StarWines & Wine Without Walls are in full swing and the event will proceed in spite of the current COVID-19 outbreak. Vinitaly postponement will allow for increased attention and resources dedicated to 5StarWines & Wine Without Walls, including extra time to promote and celebrate top participants in the leadup to Vinitaly. The protracted period between wine Selection and Vinitaly will allow the winners to benefit from new and improved services, such as the insertion of the labels and the tasting notes with the results for the winning wineries into the Vinitaly wine directory and the Vinitaly App. This tool works as a "wine map" inside the Fair, and helps buyers and all visitors locate the stalls of 5StarWines & Wine Without Walls winners.
VERONA, Italy, March 14, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- 5StarWines & Wine Without Walls will take place from April 15th to April 17th, 2020 as planned. 5StarWines celebrates top quality wines while its companion, Wine Without Walls is dedicated to top wines in the certified organic and biodynamic categories. Producers receiving top marks can expect thoughtful tasting notes, a number score and evaluation sheet from judges as well as the inclusion in 5StarWines – the Book, a top-wines Guide leading to continued promotion and visibility throughout the year.
The Warehouse is currently open to receive labels and staff continues the process of anonymization that will allow the samples to be blind tasted by the judges in a little over one month.
By confirming 5StarWines & Wine Without Walls, it is important to note that even though the winners will be notified shortly following the event, diplomas and trophies will still be presented during Vinitaly, on June 14th, while the Grand Tasting dedicated to the Trophy winners will take place on June 16th. Besides the top-scoring wineries, foreign operators and press will be invited to the tasting, guaranteeing a high level of visibility for event participants and their products.
Time is running out to register and submit entries to 5StarWines & Wine Without Walls. Registration closes March 20th, 2020 for both categories. Producers of certified organic or biodynamic wines may submit their labels to Wine Without Walls while all other producers should submit their labels to 5StarWines.
