The 436,500-square-foot cross-dock building is divisible to 100,000 square feet with office space to suit. It will feature 52' x 52' bay spacing, a 36' clear height, 54 truck docks, four drive-in doors and ESFR sprinklers. The site will also offer generous parking with 125 trailer stalls and 340 automobile parking spaces.
Completion of Brewster Creek Commerce Center is slated for Q2 2021. The design-build team of McShane Construction Company, V3 Companies and Harris Architects Inc. will provide comprehensive design and construction services.
