The Build Smarter 2018 Conference will be held in Nashville at the newly-built JW Marriott Nashville.

The Build Smarter 2018 Conference will celebrate Nashville with the theme Build the Rhythm of the Future, a tribute to the vibrant musical history. The 3-day conference, held at the newly-built JW Marriott Nashville, includes 60+ software training sessions, exciting keynotes, product demonstrations, builder presentations, round-table discussions and opportunities to network with over 300 home builders.

Tim Sullivan will follow by addressing the current market statistics and touch on regional trends to reveal where the home building industry is expected to be over the next decade.
New this year is Homebuilder University – a series of builder presentations and round-table discussions created to ensure attendees understand the latest home building challenges and how to tackle them. One of the biggest topics covered will be homebuyer engagement and how that will be enriched as a result of Constellation's newly formed customer experience group. The conference offers the ability to walk away with key solutions and swap best practices with fellow peers and industry experts.
