Randy Stollar, Samantha Garrett, and Jai Lakhanpal have all recently joined the firm, and in addition to broad Human Resources experience, each brings specialized expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, Compensation Strategies, Human Capital Lifecycle and Performance Management, Program Management and HR Information Technology, respectively.

With over 30 years of industry experience with global organizations such as The Walt Disney Company, International Game Technology, and Scientific Games Corporation, Randy Stollar provides strategic advisory services to Consult HR Partners' clients and helps them make decisions around employee engagement, reward, and retention, based on findings-based recommendations.
Samantha Garrett comes to Consult HR Partners with several years of HR generalist experience, and has worked for companies such as Konami Gaming, Inc. and Entertainment Benefits Group. She has managed the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on recruitment and performance management processes, and she brings expertise relevant to a multitude of clients.
Jai Lakhanpal, the firm's newest team member, has nearly 20 years of experience designing HR systems and business solutions for companies such as Activision/Blizzard, Pacific Life, and Barrick Gold Corporation. Lakhanpal provides consulting services in the areas of human capital strategic planning, technology road mapping, business intelligence, HR systems, and business process improvement.
