WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Nov. 13, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- When they're not helping you to expertly create, market and expand your web presence, the leaders at Consult PR are up to some really great things. Just last Sunday, one of their clients, the Zoe Loren 'Make a Difference' Foundation, held its 9th Annual 5K Run/Walk fundraising activity. To show their solidarity to the organization and its cause, Consult PR's main principals were in attendance and provided full support. Consult PR's President Paul Ramkissoon, his daughter Paveena and CEO David Blotnick and his wife Patricia attended the event and had a time well spent.
The Zoe Loren 'Make a Difference' Foundation was founded in honor of Zoe Loren, daughter of Bruce and Evonn Loren. In 2010, Zoe Loren sadly passed away after a brief illness. She was a high school junior at Suncoast High School who truly enjoyed life and was a ray of sunshine to those who knew her. Zoe had a great knack for physical humor and it was hard to be with her and not laugh. The beauty of Zoe was that she had great empathy for others. She hated to see anyone suffer, whether from physical, mental or financial hardship. Zoe was generous with her time and volunteered often for a variety of causes. She met the many challenges of school and life with enthusiasm and optimism.
This foundation seeks to not only preserve the beautiful memories of Zoe, but to help others in ways that Zoe herself wanted to. The Zoe Loren Foundation's mission is to provide children in Palm Beach County opportunities for growth and enrichment. They donate 100% of monies/funds received to student scholarships, as well as a number of local enrichment programs for under-served students in the community and other organizations that have similar goals such as the Edna W. Runner Tutorial Center and St. George's Episcopal Church Meals Program. The foundation will continue Zoe's commitment to making a difference, and hopefully, inspire others to do the same.
This year, their annual 5K Run/Walk fundraising activity has been its 9th year running and each year it has grown bigger and more successful. This year the event saw 350+ excited participants who turned out for a packed day of fun. In addition to the 5K Run/Walk, there was a 100 Yard Dash, One Mile Kids' Fun Run, face painting, refreshments, and a silent auction. Consult PR has continued to provide support to the Foundation in whatever ways it can over the years. This year, they once again jumped at the opportunity to support this community-based charity and event as a proud Sunflower sponsor.
"I have been a family friend with the Loren family for years and it was an honor to be able to give back to such a great foundation. Consult PR admires the work they do and wishes them the very best in their endeavors." - CEO of Consult PR, David Blotnick..
Over the years Consult PR has made it their duty to give back in whatever way it can, to its community. As a Sunflower sponsor, they received complimentary race entries with race t-shirts, business name/logo prominently displayed on the foundation's website, race t-shirts and race signage.
Supporting organizations like these is about more than just making a financial contribution, it's about making a difference in the lives of others. Consult PR fully supports the efforts of those organizations in their community that strive to positively impact the future generation while hopefully inspiring others to do the same.
