• Southern District instituted a loan mediation program to assist "Loss Litigation Mediation Program"
• Supreme Court of Florida’s mandatory program requiring banks to cooperate with bankruptcy procedures in good faith. The bankruptcy court instituted the program to keep lenders accountable. This is especially important for Florida attorneys to learn about because the Southern and Central Florida Districts are testing this pilot program.

The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA)'s Convention is the educational seminar of choice for consumer bankruptcy attorneys nationwide.
