CCW, which this year is celebrating its twentieth anniversary, is the foremost conference and expo for CX, contact center and customer care professionals. Content Guru will be located in stand #1102 at the Las Vegas event, which takes place June 24 – 28, 2019, at The Mirage Hotel.

Content Guru will exhibit at the event joined by “the Amazon of Japan,” Rakuten. Telling the story of a relationship with Content Guru that began at CCW Las Vegas in 2017, Rakuten will highlight how it has successfully used the solution provider’s cloud-based storm® platform to transform customers’ experiences when they contact the company and its thousands of merchants.

Content Guru will host a workshop on Tuesday, June 25, titled “Next Generation Omni-Channel Contact Center: AI, NLP, Web Chat & Chatbots,” which will be led by Deputy CEO Martin Taylor. At the center of this discussion will be how Content Guru utilizes intelligent automation through storm to enable organizations to provide high-quality customer service.
