It’s with great excitement that we welcome TRX TEAM Blocks Programming to the schedule at Continuum Performance Center, making CPC one of the few TRX Premier facilities in the Northeast. CPC has an established relationship with TRX, and this latest partnership further solidifies their mission of bringing focused, quality programming to their subscribers. TRX TEAM Blocks programming is a goal specific, 30 or 60 minute drop-in style class, with each session supported by qualified TRX TEAM coach.
TRX TEAM is a fun and effective hybrid workout between Group Fitness and Personal Training, designed to help people get stronger, lose weight, get sculpted and move better.TRX team blocks classes are offered in three different styles - Strong, Fit and Lean - allowing people to target and achieve their specific goals. "TRX TEAM Blocks was such an amazing step for us. This platform provides CPC with ongoing weekly education and deliverables.
