CTM was formed to empower alternative asset management firms with intelligence on talent solutions that align them with market trends thus reducing preventable risk and enabling unhindered growth. The initial primary focus of CTM will be the mission critical compliance functions of managers.

CTM uses quantitative methods but also emphasizes the qualitative characteristics of a firm to assess the unique culture of our clients to help build a team that works well together and will result in the retention of another valuable asset, human capital.
