Cooperative Systems named one of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut for the eighth consecutive year

Cooperative Systems, a managed technology services and data center services provider serving the greater New England area, was recently ranked #2 in the Best Places to Work in Connecticut competition, sponsored by The Hartford Business Journal.

The Hartford Business Journal recently announced the winners of its 2021 Best Places to Work competition, and the corresponding results. Cooperative Systems was one of the select businesses chosen for this award based on specific criteria and eligibility. The result of this competition was the process from surveys completed and vetted by a third-party research firm.

Since its launch in November of 1993, Cooperative Systems has remained committed to its core values, and to be focused on the personal development of their team members. “Our managed services business is growing and thriving because of our people,” said Scott Spatz, President of Cooperative Systems.

“Our growth has been because of our hyper-focus on attracting and retaining the best talent,” said President Scott Spatz. “It can be challenging to find and retain good people but we’ve succeeded at it and our people are a testament to why Cooperative Systems is as successful as we’ve been,” Spatz said.

Founded in 1993, Cooperative Systems mission is to manage and secure technology to drive the business of their customers through exceptional customer service, custom-tailored data center and cloud solutions, cost-effective IT support, and a consultative approach to solving their unique technology challenges.
