Coordinated Systems, Inc., an industry-leading provider of Workforce Optimization (WFO) and Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) solutions, has announced that the company has been renamed “Virtual Observer,” adopting the name of the flagship product the company has produced for over 20 years. The company continues under the same private ownership group, and with it’s existing leadership team. Virtual Observer customers can expect to continue to receive the professional, results-driven service they expect, along with the flexibility and innovation that have come to define Virtual Observer user experiences.

CSI was founded in 1972 and introduced its first Contact Center application suite in the mid-1990s. The organization has continued to flourish by nurturing close relationships with its customers, and by leveraging those relationships to understand the ever evolving needs of the contact center, and to reflect that understanding in its customer deliverables. The company takes prides in the longevity of its continued operation and attributes this success to that long-held focus on the customer experience.

“Implementing our product suite is merely the first building block in a customer relationship,” said Robert Hutcheon, CEO. “Virtual Observer will continue to define success by the ongoing first-class support and consultative assistance we provide our users over the life of that relationship, and by our steadfast promise to deliver cutting edge, data-focused integrations and inter-operability that adapts as quickly as our customers require.”

The company has been praised by users, partners, and analysts alike for its comprehensive suite of tools that not only provide core deliverables in major focus areas but do so with an emphasis on the increasing inter-connectivity of today’s technological landscape. The Virtual Observer flagship product has unrivaled flexibility in delivery of data integrations for customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and has emerged as a leading provider of WFO/WEM solutions in the burgeoning Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) cloud space.
