Ted Elliott joined Copado as board director and Chief Executive Officer. Former Chief Executive Officer of Jobscience, one of the first Salesforce partners on the AppExchange, Elliott has worked within the Salesforce ecosystem for more than a decade and is highly regarded for scaling early-stage companies.

Copado was started by two release engineers who were tired of manually executing deployments and wanted to find a better way to manage enterprise-class deployments. Together, they created a way to automate the process of deployment and continuous integration. They started sharing their approach with other consultants and realized that there was a massive need for tooling and instrumentation to successfully deliver transformation in the cloud. Now Copado has found a huge market opportunity in selling a release management suite to enterprise-class customers.

Most recently he was EVP of Sales at Silverline, a Salesforce Platinum Partner, and prior to that, Akiva spent six years at Salesforce in sales leadership and customer success roles.
Serial entrepreneur and Salesforce veteran David Brooks is VP of Products for Copado. Brooks has worked at six startups with three successful exits over the past 34 years. He joined Salesforce just after their IPO in 2005 to build out features for the early AppExchange Platform. He spent the next 8 years growing the AppExchange Platform and ran the ISV PM team during his tenure.
In addition, the company added Rip Gerber, CMO of industry cloud leader Vlocity, to its board of directors and enlisted Bob DeSantis, COO and President of Conga, as its board advisor.
