Home values in Coral Gables have gone up 2.2-percent over the past year and Zillow predicts an additional 3.4-percent increase within the next year. The 21-day active market period is notably impressive, considering the 141-day market average.
Located on iconic Alhambra Circle, this enchanting 1929 Coral Gables estate offered elegant living with Mediterranean Revival style architecture and had not been on the market for over 50 years. The triple-gated lot featured 22,500-square-feet of privacy, a picturesque oak tree, oversized 40-foot-long pool and spectacular rooftop terrace.
