Hemmer has been named CEO, brought in to lead the company into its next phase of expansion. Hemmer replaces Company Founder & CEO G. Edward Brookshire, who will remain on the Board of Directors as Chairman Emeritus.
Hemmer joins CorporateRewards from Antenna Software, where he was the President and CEO from 2002 through its 2013 acquisition. He brings over 30 years of global experience in technology and software at companies such as Computer Sciences Corporation, Capgemini, and Fujitsu.
Hemmer joins CorporateRewards at a new phase of expansion: the company partnered with private equity group The Riverside Company in December 2012 and grew exponentially in 2013.
CorporateRewards offers disruptive technology in the employee engagement and sales incentives and motivation marketplace, using software to segment and positively change behavior in the workplace.
