Correct Auto-Correct and Clarify the Unclear with reTXT Messaging App
(PRWEB) August 01, 2015 -- “reTXT” was featured on NewsWatch as part of its monthly AppWatch, which takes a look at the latest and coolest applications on the market for iOS, Android, and Windows. Joe Toohey, the host of AppWatch and technology expert, conducted the app review and shared with viewers allows users to clarify, edit and delete any message including ones already sent.
While text messaging has more features than it did a few years back, it’s still seriously lacking. Well, this next app called reTXT takes all the functions of text messaging that people are used to and beefs them up with added features and functionality that people didn’t realize that they wanted until now.
reTXT allows users to clarify, edit and delete any message including ones already sent. That goes for photos, videos, and audio. Users just need to swipe to the left on sent messages and they’re given the option to edit or delete. If users don’t understand a received text they can swipe left and a question mark will appear next to it with an alert to the sender that they need clarification. Other features include being able to leave and join group messages freely and see when someone is typing a message with an icon that tells the user whether it’s a photo, video, text and so on.
One additional feature that stands out is the security. Each message is end-to-end encrypted, so the only people who can decipher the message are the sender and receiver. So there’s no need for the user to worry about their phone getting hacked, or at least no worries about their messages being hacked. reTXT is a really cool and free app for iOS and Android devices.
