Stern will oversee the company's finance team, as well as management of cash flow, financial planning, M&A activities, and profitability.

Mr. Stern said, "My focus and motivation has always been to work at science and technology companies, and I have an appreciation for the Neurology market with my past experience at 4D Neuroimaging. Stern has held CFO and VP Finance positions with several companies in the healthcare market including Protein Polymer Technologies, Inc., 4-D Neuroimaging, Vital Therapies, Inc., and most recently, Immutrix & Intrinsic Materials. He has assisted with private financing, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions. Aron holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics, an MBA in International Finance and Marketing from UC Berkeley. In addition to his financial management background, Stern has managed IT infrastructure in FDA regulated environments for public and private companies.
