On October 5th, Franklin, TN based beauty and wellness research firm, Cosmetic Research Lab® will co-host its first annual Green Science & Clean Beauty Symposium along with its skincare and wellness products company, Tomorrow’s Leaf® at the Nashville City Club, the premier membership club in Downtown Nashville

The symposium will feature award winning, British born, Karen Sinclair Drake as the keynote speaker. She is a cosmetic scientist and author of the upcoming book, Skinisms- a practical reference guide about the Skin Microbiome and Clean Beauty. She is also a frequent speaker at Functional Medicine and Sustainability Conferences and Co-Founder of CRL

The Green Science & Clean Beauty Symposium will showcase innovations based on green science and functional medicine principals and review the current proposed Personal Care Products Safety Act. This bi-partisan legislation, co-sponsored by both CRL and TL, is designed to update the FDA global ingredient safety standards. For over 22 years CRL has specialized in formulating safer clean beauty personal care product innovations and has compiled the Beauty Watch List which details over 1,300 toxic and cancer causing ingredients found in many personal care products. Other sessions will highlight Tomorrow’s Leaf® and their disruptive approach to the $35.4 billion direct selling industry with generous compensation plans for their business partners and their focus on rewarding charitable non-profit organizations.

Social conscience is woven into the very fabric of Cosmetic Research Lab® and Tomorrow’s Leaf®. From sourcing ingredients, to producing products, the entire supply chain is set up to support human rights, working conditions, fair pay, environmental causes and more. Both companies will donate 100% of proceeds from their Green Science & Clean Beauty Symposium to Folds of Honor which provides educational opportunities to the children of fallen veterans and to the American Cancer Society for breast cancer research, prevention and treatment.

“We are excited to share our insights and opportunity with our community, as well as, support it through giving back.” – Karen Sinclair Drake, Co-Founder

Karen and her husband, Paul Drake, Co-Founder of CRL, both recent transplants from Los Angeles, saw a tremendous opportunity in Middle Tennessee after discovering a large concentration of home based network marketing consultants in Tennessee and surrounding states supporting firms headquartered outside of the area. With such a large talent pool and a robust local business friendly economy, they were inspired to launch Tomorrow’s Leaf®. All products are engineered and manufactured by CRL with brands such as SkinSanity®. Other brands launching soon include: ColorActives® cosmetics, The Flowering Pharmacy essential oils, CBD Experts branded products using hemp by-products from locally sourced farmers and nutritional supplements.

“Having the ability to operate anywhere in the world, it was essential for us to find the right community to incubate our ideas and our companies. The people and the talent here seem endless, and I love my new neighbors!” - Paul Drake, Co-Founder

In an effort to share their knowledge and extensive experience with the Nashville area community, Cosmetic Research Lab® and Tomorrow’s Leaf® are offering a limited number of symposium tickets at no cost. About Tomorrow's Leaf®
Tomorrow’s Leaf® is a direct to consumer distribution model offering branded products, such as SkinSanity® via a network of consultants and Community Thought Leaders™ and is disrupting the direct selling industry with value and compensation plans for their affiliates and business partners that do not require inventory nor any fees to start a home based business.

Tomorrow’s Leaf® generously rewards its affiliated Business Partners, Community Thought Leaders™, lifestyle wellness bloggers, and charitable non-profit organizations for sharing its products.
