Miller, will be moderating a panel on “Practical Solutions to Driving Diversity on Corporate Boards” at the annual “California Powerful Woman Summit; A Call to Action For Public and Private Sector Women Leaders” in Laguna Nigel. This annual, invitation-only event provides the foundation for greater collaboration between women leaders in the public and private sectors. Ms. Miller’s panel members are Ms. Amanda Packel, Director of the Rock Center for Governance at Stanford University, Ms. Marcie Frost, CEO at CalPERS, and former Assemblywoman Catherine Baker. Ms. Miller stated, “I’m honored to be moderating such an esteemed panel and looking forward to the discussion. California is the first state to require women on corporate boards. The women at this conference will be the leaders in implementing this requirement, and this should be a very rich discussion indeed”
