Cprime, one of the top Agile, Atlassian and Cloud global consulting companies and one of the largest providers of both public and private Agile training in the United States, today announced it has acquired the American Society of Professional Education (ASPE), a leading IT professional development company based in North Carolina.

ASPE specializes in building custom learning solutions that provide organizations the tools and knowledge necessary to make them more efficient, effective, and successful. Through their wide range of Subject Matter Experts, strategic partnerships and their unique teaching methodology, ASPE disrupts the traditional models of learning by introducing innovations in classrooms, virtual-led classrooms, hybrid learning environments, eLearning, and MOOC environments.

The acquisition will combine ASPE’s strong and diverse catalog training capabilities with Cprime’s thriving Agile Training University, and will enable Cprime to expand its current training offering into new technical / business domains and continue to address customers’ growing needs, from IT professionals to end users.
