LAGCOE is a nonprofit energy industry organization focused on educational programs and a technical exposition & conference, which will take place in New Orleans, LA on October 9-11. The technical session will be led by Larry Kime, who has 35 years of experience in the industry training, inspecting and lift planning. As CICB’s Senior Instructor/Inspector and Technical Advisor, Larry has co-authored multiple training manuals, developed hands-on and classroom training for crane and rigging safety programs, is a maritime surveyor under 29 CFR Part 1919, and provides expert witness testimony and litigation support for accidents involving cranes/material handling equipment. Larry is NCCCO Certified as an operator, rigger, signal person, inspector, lift director and accredited practical examiner; Train-the-Trainer Certified by the Bob Pike Group; and nominated as Top Trainer of the Year.
