Crazy Richard’s® Peanut Butter Company’s new frozen snack line, Wholly Rollies™ – Frozen Protein Balls has been nominated as a Finalist for Best New Frozen Product Category at the upcoming Natural Products Expo East Show (Booth #8032) in Baltimore from September 11-14, 2019.

Second-generation owner of Crazy Richard’s Peanut Butter and mother of four, Kimmi Wernli partnered with the National Peanut Board to create the new snack with her own children in mind, to ensure they have a wholesome and nutritious snack, made with real ingredients that they love.

Wholly Rollies are being launched in Harmon’s stores in Utah and ACME Markets in Pennsylvania, before rolling out nationally. With women accounting for more than 90% of grocery household decisions, Crazy Richard’s is developing a new campaign targeting these shoppers to support the launch, celebrating that all moms love healthy snacks for their children. The campaign will launch later this year.

Wholly Rollies will be sold in packages of ten, in three delicious flavors, made with only five or six ingredients:

  • PB & CACAO – Peanut Butter, Oats, Dates, Cacao Nibs, Unsweetened Toasted Coconut
  • PB & STRAWBERRY – Peanut Butter, Oats, Dates, Freeze-Dried Strawberries, Unsweetened Toasted Coconut
  • CINNAMON OATMEAL – Peanut Butter, Oats, Dates, Golden Raisins, Flax, Organic Cinnamon

Highlighting the fun nature of Wholly Rollies, Crazy Richard’s will have a comedy improv team at their booth throughout the show to entertain guests at the Expo.

Crazy Richard’s is committed to offering clean foods to help build healthier families through its Healthy Kids Happy Future Project. The mission of the Healthy Kids Happy Future project is to offer affordable, wholesome foods to promote healthy families, healthy communities and future generations through their product donations and employee active involvement in local organizations.
