CHICAGO, March 5, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Realogic Analytics, a leading commercial real estate consulting firm, announced today that President and Co-founder Dale Vanderlaan, a 35-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, will be retiring at the end of March.
Current Realogic Chief Operating Officer James Pettinger, who has been with Realogic for nearly 26 years and has been instrumental in the company's continual growth and long-term success, will assume Vanderlaan's responsibilities after he retires.

Vanderlaan co-founded Realogic in 1992 with current CEO Sal Caldarone and helped grow the company from a start-up with just two employees to a leading commercial real estate consulting firm, with over 70 employees and offices in downtown Chicago and suburban Los Angeles. Over the years, Realogic has worked with many of commercial real estate's largest and most prominent companies and has played a role in many of the industry's largest, most notable transactions.
