Creative Group, Inc., a full-service meeting, incentive and recognition company, announces the promotion of Glenn Darlington to Executive Vice President, effective immediately.

Darlington’s role as head of Creative Group’s sales force has been expanded to include oversight over two newly created teams: The Design and Insights team, and the Canada Business Development team. The Design and Insights team has been created to support the company's strategic vision of Thrivability℠ and will focus on combining data insights with experience design using Creative Group’s proprietary design methodology, i|xperience®. The Canada Business Development team was formed as a result of the acquisition of Meridican, a Toronto-based Meetings and Incentive company, and the resulting alignment of Strategic Meetings + Incentives under Creative Group.

Darlington has over 30 years of experience in the performance management industry, with a focus on incentive rewards, group travel, research and training solutions. He has overseen all aspects of the business, from operations to business development and general management, all with the goal of delivering business-changing solutions for his clients. Much of his career was with Maritz, where he served in many roles, including Senior Vice President & General Manager, a position he held for four years. Darlington has received numerous leadership and performance awards and is a member of the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) and the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE).
