Richard and Judy Feingold, co-founders of Creative Health Solutions, in conjunction with Ms. Hawkins, the Program Director, have developed this comprehensive transitional program to help late teens and young adults with special needs learn the skills necessary to become self-reliant, live independently and build healthy relationships.

Rachel Hawkins has a Masters of Occupational Therapy from Temple University and is a licensed board-certified Occupational Therapist. Ms. Hawkins is passionate about working with young adults with special needs helping them develop the skills and abilities that will have an ongoing impact on their lives.
