This strategic move will bring CrossCountry Consulting's combined strength to the market and allow the firm to serve clients more holistically.
As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CrossCountry Consulting, Mr. Kay will continue to provide strategic leadership for the firm's Core Advisory practice, including Accounting Advisory, Business Transformation, Risk, Cyber and Privacy, and Intelligent Automation and Data Analytics. Mr. Kay brings over 35 years of business advisory experience from an illustrious career that spans roles in public accounting, finance function consulting, as an executive level CFO for public companies, and as a board and audit committee member on several public company boards.

Mr. Ramos is a technology visionary and a global business leader who has extensive experience helping organizations navigate change and growth. His considerable experience includes being Co-Founder and CEO of DayNine, a Workday enterprise services firm later acquired by Accenture. Prior to that, he was a Co-Founder and CEO of Ramos & Associates, Inc., a Peoplesoft enterprise services firm that was acquired by Cambridge Technology Partners.
