This recognition is particularly meaningful because the feedback comes directly from employees. I am incredibly proud of their continued passion for CrossCountry and their commitment to our clients.

CrossCountry Consulting, a leading business advisory firm, has been honored for the second year with a Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award, recognizing the Best Places to Work in 2021 in the United States from more than 1,000,000 employers reviewed.

The Employees’ Choice Awards program, now in its 13th year, is based solely on the input of employees, who elect to provide anonymous feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies on Glassdoor, the worldwide leader on insights about jobs and companies. This award is determined using company reviews shared by U.S.-based employees between October 22, 2019 and October 19, 2020. The final list is compiled using Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm and takes into account quantity, quality and consistency of the reviews.

“Investing in our team has always been a top priority and we achieve this by fostering a culture that promotes inclusiveness and where every employee voice counts. They celebrate what we do well and challenge us on where we could do better,” said Erik Linn, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CrossCountry Consulting. “This recognition is particularly meaningful because the feedback comes directly from employees. I am incredibly proud of their continued passion for CrossCountry and their commitment to our clients.”

“COVID-19 is in the driver’s seat and every employer has been impacted. This year’s winning employers have proven, according to employees, that even during extraordinary times, they’ll rise to the challenge to support their people,” said Christian Sutherland-Wong, Glassdoor chief executive officer. “A mission-driven culture, transparent leadership and career opportunities are always hallmarks of Best Places to Work winners. This year, we also see exceptional employers who have prioritized the health, safety and well-being of their employees. My congratulations go to all of this year’s outstanding Employees’ Choice Award winners.”

This win comes on the heels of CrossCountry being named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies for the fifth consecutive year, a recognition achieved by less than 5 percent of companies nationwide.
